The Mughal period is renowned of beautiful architechtural creations, the carvings, the colors, the delicacy. I took rounded tomb the main curvical shape from architechture which was commonly used during mughal period and used in designing base of all four cards. I used the very common architechtural effect, perforated marble screen with beautiful colors to create Ace of Diamonds in playing cards, lion from flag of Mughal Empire for King of spades etc etc. The design is then adapted to present day playing cards.
